Use of Service
Vehicles are provided solely for lawful purposes and must be operated in accordance with traffic laws and the rental agreement.
Reservations
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. NiceRent reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances.
Payments
Payments can be made in cash or by credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. We do not retain your credit card details.
Liability
The renter is responsible for damages caused during the rental period, except where otherwise required by law.
Changes to Terms
